Privacy
This is a holding page for a very small community company. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and stores nothing on your device.
This notice applies to www.llangenny.land. It was last updated in September 2026.
What we collect from visitors
Nothing. There is no contact form, no sign-up, no account, no advertising and no tracking of any kind. We do not know who visits this site and we have no way of finding out.
If you email us
If you write to us at our address below, we will hold your email address and whatever you tell us for as long as we need it to deal with what you wrote about, and to keep a sensible record of the company's correspondence. We do not add anyone to a mailing list without being asked, and we never sell or share what you send us.
That address is a Gmail account, so your message is held on Google's servers while we are using it. We will move to an address on our own domain once we are able to.
Other people's services
Loading this page reaches two third parties. Neither of them is told anything by us, but both will see your IP address in the ordinary course of serving a request, as any web server does.
- Google Fonts
- Supplies the two typefaces used on this page, from Google's servers.
- Our hosting provider
- Serves the pages themselves and keeps standard server logs, which we do not use for analytics.
Images
Our logo has had its metadata stripped and carries only a copyright notice. Should we publish photographs of the valley in future, they will be treated the same way, and anyone appearing in one can ask us to take it down.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, where we hold personal data about you, you may ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will respond within one month.
The data controller is Llangenny Land C.I.C. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
